Last Friday Scott and I addressed 50 preservice teachers at Southern Illinois University. Thanks to Dr. Pultorak, who saw us speak in person at the Association of Teacher Educators Spring 2024 Conference in Anaheim, CA, 50 future educators are wise to the tricks and traps of the K-12 403(b).

We now have a tool that all pre-service teachers can use to get wise to the 403(b) before they offered that "free" sandwich in the staff lounge. It's a simple self-paced learning module that can be accessed here. Simply sign in and go through the short, interactive activity.
